The University of Bayreuth's Talent Pool creates a unique platform to specifically promote the innovative capabilities of talented individuals from business, science, and society. We oKer an environment in which individual strengths can be developed, new interests awakened, and innovative strength sustainably strengthened.

A particular focus is on promoting entrepreneurial and innovation skills. Our goal is to
empower talented individuals to:

actively work on solving current problems,
recognize future trends and
implement their ideas in a targeted manner

At the same time, the Talent Pool supports organizations in developing innovative solutions by supporting the targeted composition of teams with qualified specialists, further developing talented individuals, and enabling the identification of potential talented individuals.
