Economics, Teaching Programme

Is economics your thing? And you hope to pass on your love of the subject on to your students as a teacher? Then a teaching degree in economics in Bayreuth is exactly the right choice. During your studies, you will learn the basic subject-specific and methodological skills that are required for independent teaching in the subject of economics and law at Bavarian Gymnasien (grammar schools) or in the economics subjects at Realschule (secondary school).

The degree programme in economics offers a full, versatile spectrum of all areas of economics and business studies. You get an overview of a variety of different focal points. Your minor (geography for me) offers a lot of variety. The professors often bring in interesting examples that create a connection to real-life practice.
