Professional education with an emphasis on electrical engineering, Master of Education (M.Ed.)

The "Professional Education with Emphasis on Electrical Engineering" (Master of Education) degree programme lays the scientific and didactic foundations for your future teaching career. In order to prepare you for professional life in the best possible way, the degree programme is made up of a broad spectrum of different subject areas. All this in light of the constant demand for well-trained teachers, especially in the field of engineering sciences.

In order to avoid being thrown in at the deep end of practical professional life, the University of Bayreuth has been working closely with the State Vocational School I in Bayreuth as part of the university school concept since 2011. A strong connection between university teaching and school pracs, between studies and traineeship, are the central guiding goals of the programme.
