The University of Bayreuth is full of bright minds and great ideas.
We have introduced our idea management to ensure that these ideas don't remain locked away in a drawer. All students and staff can contribute their creativity and experience, improving our campus step by step. It's quick, straightforward and has a real impact.
Ideas arise everywhere: in lectures, during coffee breaks and while chatting with the team. When we share them, we create a culture that thrives on initiative, responsibility and innovation. The best changes come about when many people contribute their thoughts and get involved.

How does it work?
- You submit your idea via the web form.
- Our idea management team reviews the proposal and prepares it for evaluation by university experts.
- The ideas are carefully evaluated and then forwarded to the University Government Board.
- The Board convenes on a semi-annual basis to determine which proposals will be implemented.
- You will find out which ideas are being promoted and implemented on the website of the idea management.
