• Issuing of usage permits incl. invoicing (leases and rental agreements to third parties)
• Operational management of the Alexander von Humboldt Guest House with International Meeting Centre (IBZ)

Note: Office hours for use permits by telephone arrangement. 

Special duties: 

• Representative for the central application of a permit according to § 12 of the German Restaurant Act ("Schankerlaubnis" licence to serve)
• ZUV Safety Officer
• Matters of house rules according to house rules (e.g. warnings)
• Central administration of University memberships (membership fees)
