Let's celebrate – anniversary party at Fabrik Bayreuth

The rush was so great that we had to stop letting people in at 11:50 p.m. The club was packed all evening, the atmosphere was exuberant, and everywhere you could feel the joy of celebrating together.

From 10 p.m. to 1 a.m., three of our professors (Prof. Dr. Klaus Schäfer, Prof. Dr. Chrisitan Germelmann, Prof. Dr. Susanne Tittlbach) and DJ President, our university president Prof. Dr. h.c. Stefan Leible himself, provided the perfect musical start. This was followed by a shower of confetti to mark the UBT´s anniversary, before DJ Bass-X got the audience dancing until the early hours of the morning.

A special highlight: the Fabrik was illuminated in our university colour green, and the first 100 guests received a free anniversary beer – an atmospheric start to an unforgettable evening.

We have impressively demonstrated that the University of Bayreuth is not only excellent at research and teaching – it also knows how to celebrate in style.

A big thank you to everyone involved who contributed to making this evening a complete success with their planning, organisation, and commitment.
