Innovations for regional SMEs: EU Project Day at the University of Bayreuth
The University of Bayreuth has been successfully cooperating with small and medium-sized enterprises in the region for a long time, for example in the development of sustainable solutions for technical challenges, in business management adaptations of business models or in the further training of employees. This year, representatives of northern Bavarian companies are once again cordially invited to the "Day of EU Projects" to learn about opportunities for cooperation. Participation in the event is free of charge.
Date: 7 November 2022, 3 to 5 p.m.
Location: Faculty of Engineering, FAN-B Building, Campus of the University of Bayreuth.
Online registration: www.eutag2022.lscad.de
The "Day of EU Projects" is already taking place for the fourth time at the University of Bayreuth. Numerous application-oriented research projects funded by European Union programmes will present themselves and offer insights into innovative technologies and processes that can strengthen the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in the long term. These include additive manufacturing, high-performance computing clusters, processes for resource conservation or technologies for the "Internet of Things" (IoT technologies). The project managers will be available to all interested parties for discussions and queries, not least at the Franconian get-together at the end of the event. They will also be happy to arrange further individual meeting appointments.
